Moore Movers does the loading, hauling and unloading. Here's how the truck works.

Two Ways to Do It

We rent a truck for you. Moore rents a truck as needed for your move. The truck is billed separately from the crew's hourly rate.

You bring your own. Rent from U-Haul, Penske, Budget or anyone else, or use a PODS unit or storage container. The crew loads and unloads it.

Moore Movers does not own a truck. That's why we rent one when you want us to handle it.

Which One Fits You

Bring your own if:

• You already have a truck, a trailer or a container on the way.
• You want to compare rental prices yourself.
• Friends or family are driving it.

Have Moore rent it if:

• You don't want to pick up, fuel and return a truck.
• You'd rather not deal with the rental counter.

Tips for Either Option

• Book the truck early. Weekends and the end of the month fill up. A reserved truck on the day matters more than any other detail.
• Size up, not down. A second trip costs more crew time than a bigger truck.
• Know your loading setup. Some trucks have a ramp and some a lift gate. Tell us what you have so the crew can plan.
• Park close. Every extra step between the door and the truck is time on the clock. Reserve the spot or cone it off if you can.
• Clear the path. Doors propped, hallways free, elevator reserved.

What the Crew Brings

Furniture pads, dollies and straps are part of the job. Our weekday hourly rate runs $70 to $130 depending on zone, with a 2-hour minimum. See the pricing page to look up your zones by zip code.
