Service Agreement

By booking with Moore Movers Service, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing the provision of moving labor services.

2-Hour Minimum

All jobs have a 2-hour minimum charge. Time is calculated from crew arrival to completion of service.

No TVs Without a Box

For the safety of your belongings, we cannot transport televisions that are not properly boxed. Please have TV boxes ready before your move date.

After-Hours Rate

Jobs starting after 6:00 PM or on holidays are subject to a $20/hour surcharge added to the standard hourly rate.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Liability

Moore Movers Service takes every precaution to protect your belongings. However, we are not liable for damage to items that are improperly packed, fragile items not disclosed, or pre-existing damage. Please communicate any special handling requirements before the move.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, Zelle, CashApp, and Apple Pay. The estimated price is based on the hourly rate and estimated duration; final charges may vary based on actual time and job complexity.

Photos & Media

Photos and videos uploaded during booking are stored securely and used solely for job preparation. Media is automatically deleted 7 days after job completion.
