Do I need to rent my own truck?
Yes. For load/unload services, you arrange the rental truck (U-Haul, Penske, Budget, etc.) and we supply the labor. We can advise on truck size based on your home type if you're not sure what to rent.
Can you load a PODS or storage container?
Yes. We load and unload PODS, U-Pack ReloCubes, 1-800-PACK-RAT containers, and any other portable storage unit. Just provide the container dimensions when booking if they're non-standard.
How long does a typical load/unload take?
It depends on home size and item count. A 1-bedroom apartment typically takes 2–3 hours. A 3-bedroom house typically takes 4–6 hours. We work efficiently to minimize your time and cost.
What if loading takes longer than expected?
You're billed only for the actual time worked, in 30-minute increments after the 2-hour minimum. We'll never rush and risk damage, but we also don't pad time.
Do you work with rental truck companies directly?
We are an independent moving labor company. You book and pay for the truck directly with the rental company. We provide the labor. This keeps your costs lower than using a full-service moving company.
