Yes. Unload-only service means our crew arrives at your destination address and unloads everything from the truck or container. You coordinate their arrival time with when your truck arrives.
Will you place furniture in specific rooms?
Yes. Tell our crew which items go where and they'll place them in the correct rooms. We also reassemble any furniture we disassembled during loading (if you used our crew for that too).
What if the truck is running late?
Call or text us at 614-348-2067 if your truck is delayed. We'll do our best to adjust. If the delay is more than 30 minutes, we may need to reschedule based on crew availability.
